Messier 1 - A Supernova Remnant
An compelling photo I captured last night of the Messier 1 supernova remnant. This supernova has happened within recorded history and would have been the brightest object in the sky aside from the Sun. I captured this photo at Frosty Drew Observatory in Charlestown, Rhode Island, USA.
